I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

No I'm actually not that's why the mileage is really low too. I haven't been as motivated lately to run. Work is slowing down in Hawaii so I may be going back to the mainland somewhere so I can't choose the next race and location yet. Did you already make your move?

Yes, a couple weeks ago. I miss the mountains being as close or as big, but there is some good running here.
