How long does it take you to run the Kalalau trail? What is the total distance, if you do all of it?

It's 11 miles one-way so 22. The fastest I've done it is 2-1/2 hours in, 3 hours out. It sounds slow but there is no flat ground just up and down cliffs.

I hiked to that first waterfall with my wife, and remember how hilly it way. That would be a fun run.
