I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
Yeah, I ran in college at a DII place in Colorado. It is hard to run so much now since I have a full time job and a 100 mile commute each day- during the running season I really don't do much other than work, family, run, and sleep. When it is warm, I try to take the jogging stroller so my wife gets a break from theh kids.
We were in Kauai a few years ago and loved it. We hiked the first few miles on the Napali trail- I can't imagine running the whole thing round trip in one day. That would be tough. Are you right in Lihue?
