I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
I decided to do a track work out to see how hard it is. I did 1 mile in 5:20 then (4) 400s ranging from 72-75 and (1) 300. I was dissapointed with the race last Saturday but now I know it's because I need to do lots more speed workouts.
