I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

Ya, I'm trying to get some speed. No real races planned, I've been busy moving to a new house and baby #3 was born this week. Maybe once everything settles down I can run some 60+ miles/week like you and be more of an elite.
