Personal:

I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids.  I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

AM - 4 miles.  I'm probably going to run 40 miles this week.  I can't imagine ever running 70+ miles a week.  Running 40 I feel like I'm running all the time. After living in Hawaii for 2+ years I also can't imagine running in anything colder than 70*.  I saw on the news this morning Hawaii is the warmest State right now.

PM - 5 miles.

Ah man, brag it up. You know we're all jealous. I certainly am. We're freezing here in Denver. But at least that relentless sub 10 degree string of days finally ended today and we're up to 25 degrees!!!

At least it's a dry cold here, so my running clothes don't get as stinky as yours. But I'm jealous.
