I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

Yes. I've never had it go away so fast. I iced 2-3x a night, took Ib profuen, wore some strap things on my feet I got from Road runner sports and got new shoes and no more pain.
