| | Walked 3 miles with Cooper this morning. Meant to run, but then decided that it would be the 4th day in a row of running, and I really didn't want to do that. So I didn't meet my goal of the week this week, which was 13 miles. I ran 10.5 miles, 17 miles total. This week my goal is to really try and run 4 days, with a day in between each. It will be difficult since I"ll be at a conference Thurs-Sat but plan is: Mon/Wed/Sat/Sun and try 3/3/3/4. |

| | Got home late from class and was feeling super stressed out. Ugh, I have no much school work and work and lots to do and am leaving for a conference Thurs-Sat. But I still tried to get something in, walked 3 miles on the treadmill. |

Got up early to get 3 miles running in on the treadmill since I have class late tonight. Hopefully I'll get some yoga or some walking in later tonight when I get home. Was at 5.5 mph (10:54 pace). (walked .25)
Walked 3.25 more when I got home while watching TV. |

Ran 3.1 miles with Cooper this morning outside. Wanted to get a workout in since I have class tonight then am flying to Phoneix for a conference. Yay for 90 degree weather! :-) So hopefully I will get to work out tomorrow (elliptical in their gym?) and then go for a run Saturday morning before I leave.
Was feeling sluggish this morning, maybe I should have eaten beforehand?

| | Ran around the ASU campus in the beautiful sunshine! The weather was PERFECT, summer, how I've missed you and I'll be sad to leave you. My stupid Garmin is being super annoying with never converging with the satellites, so I ran 7.5 minutes before it worked, so probably .75 miles. Splits: 9:53, 9:54, 9:54 (.91)
