FINISH another marathon (without wanting to die this time); beat 3:55:08, and someday BQ!

took cooper for a walk. have lots of plans for this week :-) but ill wait to detail them until after my dr appt tomorrow. last xray, my 8 weeker, when im guessing (hoping??) I get the all clear. I can't wait to know!

Bad bad bad bad bad news. My ankle is still broken.  4 more weeks of this, at least.  Will write more later. Saaaaaaad.

Day 2 of challenge a success, except for 1 delicious Subway cookie, but I'll still count it! :-)

Think its time I officially changed my blog to the tri version, since biking miles will be all i'm entering for awhile... sad! 

36 mins on the bike today, 9 miles.

Nevermind, the blog hates me!  Everytime I try to create a new profile it just takes me back to this profile.  Maybe because I used the same email address?  Oh well.  I KNOW!  I'll make a new shoe, and keep track of the bike miles on the shoe.
