Went for a run this morning, intending to do 5ish. Was feeling sluggish and blah, I don't get this! Usually I feel great when I get to run outside. Was dissapointing, ran 2, then walked an additional 1, feeling like a running failure! So I did an evening run too, on the treadmill, 4 miles at 6.5-6.7 (9:13 or 8:57). Felt much better, though that familiar side ache did start to creep up on me again.
