Ran 7 miles with Cooper around the dog park, let him play at the dog park (he had a blast!  Tons of dogs today!), then walked back home (1.3 miles).  Ankle was slightly bothering me, a dull ache kind of, not a sharp pain, so that's good, but definitely need to take tomorrow off.

Merry Christmas Eve!  The best day of the year! :-)  Off to family fun.
