AM - 45 mins on the bike trainer PM - 3 mile run outside. Remember those squats and lunges I did on Tuesday? I barely do, but my legs sure do. Ouch. My ankle kind of hurt and made me sad. Later PM - 3 miles walking on the TM while I watched Revenge. Kind of like that show. It's more like a movie than a TV show though, I don't know how it can be sustainable more than one season.
