Day #18 in a row!  26 swimming laps (1,300 yards), 14 (I think; 700 yards) in a row, before Justin got there and swam too!  That was fun.  Sat in the lovely hot tub afterwards, then ran 29 laps on the indoor track (hahaha, that sounds like a lot, but since its 12.65 laps to a mile, it was only 2 miles running with some walk breaks).  It was really hard to keep track of the running laps, it may have been a few more laps than that.

I know what you mean about the laps. At the Lakewood YMCA its 14 laps per mile! I get dizzy on that track. The Puyallup Y is much better at 6 laps per mile, but I'd still rather be outside.
