PM - 6 lovely but difficult miles with Jordanne at the track. I need to thesaurus "lovely"! Hopefully this will become a regular routine of track workouts, because we all know I'm a lazy bum who doesn't like to work hard. Workout: 2 mile warmup, 6 x 400's with 400 jogging recovery, 1 mile cool down
TT: 56:12 AP: 9:13 400 Splits: 1:45, 1:44, 1:44, 1:44, 1:41, 1:43 so consistent! My quads are already sore / tired.
