Ran the Green River loop with the ladies. We ran almost the whole time today, so at least 4 miles (I believe its a 4.2 mile loop from last time, I forgot to bring my Garmin). I ran 5 days this week instead of 4, whoops, I am bad. I just couldn't resist! Plus I'm really trying to lose a few pounds. Next week I will try and only run 4 days, though I feel fine so I think it's probably okay to start to hedge towards 5 days a week? This week I would love to get a 4.5 or 5 mile run if I felt up to. Weekly miles: 17.2 running miles (met my goal! But it was with 5 days. But without today (4 days) it would still have been 13, so it still counts!
