3.3 miles walking on the treadmill, .7 miles running on TM. Just excrutiating shin splint pain today after about .6 miles of running, and then even when I started walking it was just horrible horrible pain. I've never experienced that before, always just the kind of annoying shin splint pain in the past. I need to figure out what's going on. Powered through and still got 4 miles in total.
