| Am - Wow, the shortest day of the year. First day back since footlocker. It was real sad parting from a life of doing nothing. Me, Alex, and Julien went to Saint George and ran Owens loop. A pretty horrible choice for the first day back, my throat was burning up the hills, but it was fun. Saw some great views of Saint George and Pine Valley. Did 3.3 miles it was tough.
Coach holt is having our team do running2win, and it seems swag. But it's really cluttered and I just don't like it as much, plus I have this swag community on here. so I'm gonna keep up fast running blog too.

| Am - dope run on prospector trail with Alex and Julien. Desert was awesome with some cool fog and mist. Perfect running weather. Been getting 10 hours of sleep the last 4 nights so life's good. 4 miles.

| Am - Met up with Mitch at Sullivan park, Alex and Julien came along. We headed up the river trail. Pretty dope run in really thick fog, it was pretty wild. 4 miles in about 30 minutes. I felt pretty decent after a vigorous seshun of bball last night.

| Am - Me, my dad, and Alex went and ran a loop from the Tbone trail, just off the west side of turkey farm road. Never ran there, it was fun to check it out. I made some killer german pancakes after. I should probably raise some hell today.

| Pm - Merry Christmas! Me and Alex waited to run till we went up to Cedar. We ran the up the C trail, just like last year, except there was about a foot more of snow. Dang, it was super fun. Did the 3 miles in about 30 minutes, but the effort was defiantly up there, it was a hard run.

| Am - Got up around 9, ate a bowl of cereal, and headed out. It was cold (for a desert dweller), like 35 with wind. I felt pretty good though, so the pace was decently quick, just under 7:00. Did one of my favorite loops; down to the frontage road, over to and down main street, across telegraph, up green springs drive up to the club house, then around my church and home. Wore my new shorts, some dope BOA ones. It was too windy of a day to wear shorts with a split like they have but #yolo.
