7am- Today I ran the full workout with my teamates for cross country. Not that it was a hard workout at all. We did 1k repeats around the dirt track at just under 5 minutes. I got exactly 4:52, :56, :53, :54, :52. So right around 8 minute mile pace. I ran faster on the way over to the dirt loop. My knee felt good and I think most of that is because I am improving my form on my left leg and landing better on my for foot. As a result my calves were pretty sore after. When I got home I started to get a bad migraine so thats my seconds one this year. I need to be careful and I probly wont go to lifting today, i'm still having some trouble. |
