3pm- Everybody thought I ditched practice today, but let me assure you. I was taking the means to make my body be healthly and not bony cracked. So I just got home from a bike ride. It was good, I went 10 miles. About 45 minutes or so is how long it took. There was some good hills like up northbridge and westgate and stuff. Going up westgate hill, it was so steep. I was full of pain, but I just held it in and embraced the pain, letting it course through my legs and drive me to my limits. It was exscrushiatingly painful, but haveing the rock hard mental strenghth that I do, I used it to my advantage. I went and had a hard workout wich made me have good aerobic and anaerobic activity. |
