7am- The workout was supposed to be 5 miles, a long hill 2.5 then 2.5 back. I really love running hills. So I felt good and just went with it and it ended up just being me, coach, byron, and abel when I went to turn around for 5 miles, they went 6. Immediatly my knees hurt bad so andrew caught up and ran with me. Then I couldn't take the pain from my patellar tendonitis anymore so I walked the rest of the way. Good and bad run. |
