3pm- Old man hills. This was my first time doing them. I felt strong and fast on the hills. but earlier that day, my mom had taped me with athletic tape instead of kt tape for my shins. the left on was fine, but the right was super tight. so at school, some tendon or something was popping on my Achilles everytime i stepped. so i cut part of it with a knife from lunch. so then it was good. but when we ran, a mile in, my circulation was totally cut off, and my leg was losing feeling. so I had to stop a take the tape off. it hurt a lot. my legs weren't shaved so like 200 came out and I was bleeding from my pores. rough day. |
