3 pm - Had a workout of 400's today. We did 4 of them. They were fairly faster than last week. I got 1:06, 1:07, 1:05, 1:02. We also did a warmup and cool down of 1.5 miles to harts and back. I think this was the last hard workout till state so I've done all I can and now it's time to show the results of hard work.
