| Today was a small workout on the Buff Ranch. I ran a three mile warmup, then ran 6 x 2:30 on the course. Coach and I agreed that if I had any symptoms of last Saturday, I would stop. | Today was a workout at 6:30 am, but coach (being in a gracious mood) didn't give us one of the usual Friday doses of pain. We did 14x500 meter repeats in 1:32.
