Alright, my first decently aerobic run in a while. I ran out 4.5 with our team before turning. I ran back a bit faster because my knee felt great. It sort of "numbed out" after 5 miles. Overall pace on the way back was 5:45ish. Wetmore seemed pleased. He said that I am waiting until at least late March to race again. This makes me happy. I have some time to get rid of this knee curse and gain some actual fitness. I talked to Mark Plaatjes yesterday at work and he indicated that I tore a bit of my vastus medialus. That would explain why it is taking a long time to heal. It does seem to be making some progress, though. As long as I can run hard at outdoors I am fine! Haha my profile is now posted on the CU website! They should put my picture up soon!

Easy. My knee felt mediocre.

Easy run again today. This knee trouble is persistent. It is getting a bit better, but is taking a long time to heal. Slow running does not seem to worsen the condition much, but I want to put a move on it and get in shape! I guess I just need to relax. This has been my longest ever injury, and it is wearing on me :(

Easy with Wac attack. My knee hurts a bit, but not too bad.

Easy run before work today. I had to get up pretty early to run, which was no good.
