Today was a workout Wetmore likes to call the 3-2-1, meaning 300 at 5k pace, 200 at mile pace then 100 at 800 meter pace with 200 meters of rest between intervals. I did the workout on the indoor 200 meter track, so cranking out 100's was tough since you have to make a sharp turn for the first 50 (I did run one fast just for kicks in 12.7). In all, todays workout was good! |
