Today was 3x3k repeats at 9:36 pace. I warmed up, and my knee felt a bit sore (similar to my injury last track season). I figured that I would give the workout an attempt, and if it hurt then I would stop. It ended up being fine, and my splits were as follows: 9:36, 9:34, 9:30. This was not too hard, but the overall workout was long. I iced afterwards, too. |
