30mins elliptical & 30mins aquajogging. I burned 550 calories on the elliptical in 30mins - thats as much as I burn running! I am now in a competition to beat my previous days calorie burn number in 30mins. Ohhh the fun you can have with cross training. I did core strength including windshield wipers, bicycles, supermans and sitting cobras, too. Such fancy names for boring exercises. I am sooo dissapointed; Turkey lost to Germany today in the EuroCup. Boo...I like to see those smaller, less funded teams make it big in tournaments. They definitely gave Germany a fight, though. |
