Today was a good workout. We did 4-2-2-4's, meaning 400 in 63, 200 rest, 200 in 30 then 400 rest. This did not feel too hard, and we hit all the splits in time. At the end I got a bit carried away and ran 28.5 for a 200, but I toned it down afterwards. My calf is really tight again today. I had it massaged out before practice and it felt good during the workout, but afterwards it really tightened. I will do a lot of stretching and foam rolling. Oh...on another note, Wetmore might throw me in a 3k this weekend at Potts. As long as I feel good I am fine with running it. Hopefully I can run fast!

Nice man!!! Yeah you should definitely head on out here to Boulder. I love the team, the school and the town. It is a lot of hard work, but you get fast pretty quickly!
