An hour of aquajogging today. I did a 20min warmup, 10mins at AT effort, 10 mins easy, 10mins AT effort and 10 more minutes easy. I was surprised at the the toughness of this workout - definitely made me work. I actually feel good for the first time in a month! This workout was decent! Who needs running when you can aquajog??? hah!
*My new pic is what I believe to be my stress fracture. This is location in which the doctors said the fracture was, but I had to make a logical guess as to the exact location (using Nick science) of the injury using the cd of the mri they gave me at the hospital. Someone correct my if I am completely wrong. |
