Alright, I tried running today and my knee is still being stubborn and hurting. Apparently my vastus medialus caused my patella to move a weird way. I can't stand this!!! From now on I am going to cross train for two days, then test running again. I will repeat as long as I need to until I can presume running full time again. Boo :( I want to get this over with and get rolling for track. I think I need about 10 weeks of solid work to get in race shape. If I start rolling at the beginning of February I should be good. I will keep my fingers crossed. |
