Great morning Tm run (if you can have one). Needed to get out before the day started so I hit the Tm. First 2 miles 8:00, 7:53, 7:41, 7:30, 6:55(ish), last .25 at 6:30 pace, then a .25 cool down. Was adjusting the incline up and down throughout the run. Hoping to get a good week in! |
