Early morning Tm run. Wanted to step it up a little today, so mile 1 7:30, 2 - 7:24, 3- 7:19, 4- 7:13, 5- 7:08 6- 6:44 and .25 at 6:18 pace. all at 1.0 incline. Felt good through out the run. Breathing was good could have kept going but needed to get ready for work.... |
