Early morning Tm run. Wanted to get a good run in today. Wasn't sure how the afternoon was going to shape up so, I decided to get it in. First 3 miles at 7:30 incline 1.0. Next 7:24, 7:19, 7:10, 6:48. Wanted to throw a sub 7:00 mile in. Was getting tired, but held on. |
