Early morning Tm run. Got awoken, by a screaming little girl..So I decided to hit the Tm. First mile 8:00, 7;53, 7:47, 7:42, 7:10ish. Incline 1.0. Last few miles felt good. Hopefully can sneak a run in tomorrow before the storm-fest!
