Early morning Pineview extended Loop! With the Donkey's. Chad, BG, Jeff, and I started out about 5:45am in 29 degree weather. There was a little wind chill, still needed hat, gloves and leg coverings. The run felt pretty good. The last 9 miles under 8:00's so that's a little faster than I wanted to go. But it was feeling good, so I went with it. I'll see how the recovery goes this week. - Another first - over 50 miles in one week. Yahoo.

I was just glad to be almost finished as the 30k'rs were just beginning.

Mile splits: 8:22, 8:21, 8:00, 8:13, 7:59, 8:14, 7:56, 8:10, 8:01, 8:06, 8:07, 7:51, 7:50, 7:50, 7:46, 7:37, 7:53, 7:38, 7:39, 7:53

Insane but good. You are the true mule now. I am very impressed my young padowan. I'm sure that shake gave you the energy you needed. Let me know the details on the tropics as you get them.
