Decided to hit Golds on the way home from work. Wanted to start it easy after the big run on Sat. my legs felt pretty good - though. It was my big lunch that was getting in the way! First 3 miles at 8:00 next 2 at 7:47 next 1 at 7:41 then hit 7:30 and the last qrt at 7:24. Would've kept going for 8.0 but my left leg started to tighten up a bit, so I decided not to push it. All at an incline of 1.0. - Here's to another great week of running FRB's! |
