The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Awesome Morning run! Did the first 2 miles with Jamie and the new compound dog. So times were a bit slow. Dog slow. Roxy is just learning how to run with runners. Turned it up at the Sontag corner and looped around the Stk. Center on the way back decided to cut across the dam road and take North Arm trail back. Really beautiful this morning with all the fog. Hit the last few miles under 8:00's and last mile at 7:25. Felt really good throughout the run.

nice run. Hairdog is a big boy, likely with internet connection. Don't you think he should buy his own plane ticket? We just need to settle on times and seat assignment
