Another Early morning Tm run... Wanted to wake the legs up. Started with 2 at 7:30, then hit 7:24, 7:19 and 7:05 for the last mile. Incline 1.0. Run felt good. Hopping to get outside for a run before turkey fest tomorrow!
They are having a 5 mile run at Ogden Regional Hospital. The entry fee is a donation of cash or food. Registration starts at 8:15 and the race starts at 9:10.
