Hit Golds after work today. Ran into Chad who had just finished a great run. He inspired me to bust out a good run. 3 miles at 7:30, next mile 7:19 incline at 1.0. Next mile at 7:19, 7:09, 6:52. Hoping to get another great week of running in.
do you want to run the half in slc? now I am debating. Use it as a training run for ogden. I dont think I can push it too hard given I am just feeling better from moab. Lets discuss.
