Great North Arm run! I think I lowered the time, I'll have to check Booth's initial run time. No Booth this morning, but I decided it was to good of a morning to pass up, so I went for it. Made it out to the Rocks in 19:30, So I keep pushing it. On the way back got a side stitch by the bridge - carried that with me the rest of the way back. No stoppage time though - true 1:02:50. I think breaking an hour is possible will take 7:20's or below to do it. Great goal to chase.

Dist 8.33 Avg 7:33 Time 1:02:50

Ya it'll be a good push.. I was needing a drink around the rocks on the way back. That might fuel us in. Hairdog wants to hit wheelers tomorrow - what do you think about that. a 5:00 or 6:00 pm start time. Our last night before our wives leave us!!
