as far as a goal, i'm thinking that an ideal day would have me pushing 120 miles, and on the low end, i'm hoping to make sure to at least stay over 100. i've hit 100 in a touch under 20 hours before, but i just don't think i'm in the physical shape i was then, although i do think i've got a better handle on the mental side of things.

we shall see...
