My achilles tendons were a little tight, and my knee was a little swollen.

I can't for the life of me figure out why...

Your shoes are they up high in miles? Also are your shoes the right fit for your foot arch? Try doing some stretching to see if that will loosen things up. I would also recommend an ice bath.

I had Achillies Tendonitis for about a month, and all of a sudden it just went away without me really doing anything. Well I did do a lot of stretching during that period.

I've been running in my Nike Trail Pegasus for a while on the roads, because whereas I was not very impressed with them as a trail shoe, they make great road shoes. In any case, they don't have many miles on them at all (~100-150). I do need to do some more stretching, but I'm pretty convinced that my little maladies are just echoes of the Pinhoti not yet fully recovered. We'll see, and thanks for the advice.

Your welcome. It's hard at times what could cause an injury. Sometimes it's just overuse of the knees and causes other areas to hurt as well. It might be that the Nike Trail Pegasus might not work well on the road or causing discomfort where you really don't notice any. I don't know just a theory. Take care.

Good advice. Thanks again, man.
