Nevels, really like the quote, good luck on the 100 mile trail run. I have a good friend who has completed the Wasatch 100. It is quite an accomplishment.
The knee: arthritis, 30 years or running wear and tear. The menicus cartlidge is done. No regrets, it was a great 30 years of running. I hope to run enough to finish the St.George marathon each year.
