Is there a reason why the death quote is the day before your race? Creepy.

How about this:

"The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible."

Much better pre-race quote! Once again, good luck!

You know, I like your quote better!

Thanks, again; I'll need the luck...

GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND, NEV - Can't wait to hear/see the race report! :) You are inspiration at its best!

Nevels, do you have pacers to help? Good luck.

Thanks HC.

Brent, I had two pacers lined up, one to come in at 55 miles, the other to take over from 68 to 86, and then the first one to finish it out. I was lucky enough to have a friend from the Auburn running club that came to watch the race, and he was nice enough to take my offer of pacing from 41 to 55.

Don't you have money for gas; or, change for a bus to travel that distance?

And getting up at 3 a.m; the only things worth getting dressed at 3 a.m. for are duck hunting and a day of alpine mountaineering/rock climbing.

Congrats John, I know you wanted this.
