Warm and cloudy outside, really nice for a morning run. I did the Warren Bridge-Manette Bridge route, holding a pretty brisk pace. My legs felt very rested and fresh, and even the hills went by quickly. I even timed my bathroom stop for right when the city worker unlocked the facilities at Evergreen Park. Good start to the week. 34:48, under 7/min miles.

Just saw your race schedule. It looks pretty fun. I've heard good things about the Jock and Jill race. Any goals for the marathon?

I should update that race schedule, I didn't do the trails half because it was my last day to see my mom and dad. So I went to church with them and then ate all afternoon instead. I'd like to take a shot at 1:20 at Jock and Jill, because I think it'll be good competition and a flat course. Then I think I can go under 3 at the marathon. I should have enough time to get the miles I need by October to make that feasible, and training's been going well.
