Four on the Y treadmill, started a little slower than usual for some reason. That's about it. 32:25
They are for some reason, I have a hard time getting into a regular stride (which tightens up my back sometimes). A guy at my club was trying to tell me Saturday that treadmill miles are easier. Baloney.
Actually, I think they are for some folks and it's probably related to stride strengths/weaknesses. I know it's harder for me, but after forcing myself to do some treadmill runs the last month or so, my quads have gotten stronger, as have some of the lesser quad muscles on the inside of my legs. Plus, my normal road runs have gotten easier (although that could just be the continued training). Whatever the case, treadmill running still sucks.
