Personal:

Started running in November 2007 to get fit. Now I'm back almost to square one after back surgery. I did it once and I'll do it again.

Thanks. I'm feelin pretty good lately. That's all relative of course. I'm still reliant on opiods which is a whole other battle. I'm getting help though and running has always been a sanctuary for me so long as I was physically able to do it.

I don't have any grand plans in near future other than seeing how long it'll take me to get back to where I was. It's funny, I used to be so frustrated that I couldn't quite get over that BQ hurdle but I'd give anything to be back there right now. Regards.
