Cross Country summer running started. Yea! I love Cross Country. Now I get to spend the next 3 1/2 months trying to keep up with high school girls. :)

Went in and ran with the team again. I'll probably go in a couple times a week. Gas is not cheap. Season starts Aug. 9.

Truck route and bike path. Temp was in the upper 70's with a stiff south wind. I don't mind the wind in the summer. Cools me off and keeps the bugs away. Of course I'll be cursing it in a few months. Humidity is starting to rise again. June and May were crazy busy. Plan for July and August: Run, Rest and Garden!  :) :) :)

Hot and muggy. The haze and humidity is hanging in the air. Fortunately there was a nice breeze. Ran the last 11/2 at race pace. Nothing going on this weekend. Yea! HAPPY FOURTH of JULY!
