Wind and rain, wind and rain. I am starting to see a trend. I don't mind wind most of the time, and rain is fine. Put the 2 together and it is ugly. So it was a mini speed workout on the dreaded treadmill. Warm up 1 mile @ 8:20 pace, bumped it up to 8:00. Short recovery 2 mile @ 8:00, short recovery 3 mile started @ 8:00 bumped it up to 7:30 pace. 'bout died, but I did it! :) Not bad for an old person. |
