Last week we said good-by to an amazing lady, Ron's bro-in-law had surgery to have a spot on his lung removed and Ron and I both got sick again. The weather is lousy. The flooding has not started because the temps have only been in the 30's. Still huge piles everywhere and we are supposed to get more on Sunday. It is April tomorrow, right?

Ok, I'm done. After all the emotions of last week I thank God that I have 2 strong legs, lungs to take in fresh, chilly air, a heart that beats, eyes to take in His amazing creation and ears to hear the honks of the geese heading north. :) And by the end of this day I will have 5 more miles to add to my mileage.

Fargo is in the Championship bracket on the Weather Channel for the toughest weather in the nation. We are up against Bradford, PA.

5.50 @ 8:57 pace. Slow and easy and quite enjoyable.

8:37 pace. Sunny and in the 40's and no wind. Awesome. I had to stop and welcome the geese back to the northland. They flew right over me. Thousands of them! Hopefully the storm will stay north of us.

It is official: Fargo, North Dakota is the toughest weather city in the country per the weather channel. The voting was close in the last round, but Fargo beat out Bradford, PA.
